State of the art healthcare facility in Sabah hospital facing the bay of Kuwait. The design of the building is kidney-shaped as a symbol for the usage of the medical center.

The center consists of:
1. Ground Floor: Main Lobby, Auditorium, Outpatient Clinics, Pharmacy, Public Areas, Cafeteria, Central Sterilize Supply Department and Administration.
2. First Floor: Main Kitchen, General Storage, Laboratories, Laundry, Central Sterilize Supply Department, It Department.
3. Second Floor: Urology Center, Radiology Center, Laboratories, Administration.
4. Third Floor: Operation Theater, ICU Department, Patient Recovery Area, Staff Cafeteria, Hospital Services.
5. 4th Floor: 19 Beds Pediatric Patient Wards, Doctor Clinics, Public Areas, Hospital Services.
6. 5th Floor: 20 Beds Female Patient Wards, Doctor Clinics, Public Areas, Hospital Services.
7. 6th Floor: 20 Beds Male Patient Wards, Doctor Clinics, Public Areas, Hospital Services.
8. 7th Floor: 20 Beds Male Patient Wards, Doctor Clinics, Public Areas, Hospital Services.
9. 8th Floor: Chairman Office, Hospital Services.
As a design built project Mimar was associated with Advanced Technology Co. medical equipment Company and Alghanim international Co. as the main contractor. The project was executed on a fast track design built method to meet the owner’s deadline of 12 months from notice to proceed. The project was a big achievement from design, construction, execution and management point of view.
